  1. You need 4 of medium chicken breasts.
  2. It's 150 grams of gluten & wheat free flour.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of oil.
  4. It's of extra oil for shallow frying.

  2. Cut chicken into desired sized pieces (i do 1"or 2")and place in a food bag..
  3. Pour the tbsp of oil over chicken in the food bag a shake well ensuring chicken is coated..
  4. Add the GF flour to the food bag and shake well ensuring chicken is covered evenly..
  5. Add the extra oil to a frying pan, enough to shallow fry the chicken in and allow to heat. Remove the coated chicken from the food bag and place in the hot oil shallow frying until golden brown turning occasionally to ensure cooked well..
  6. When cooked remove chicken from the frying pan and place on some kitchen towel to drain any excess oil..
  7. Serve as desired. I add to a serving basket and family can pick like eating popcorn chicken..
