- In grinder add soaked rice and grind coarsely and set aside..
- In blender add mangoes cubes and blend until smooth puree..
- In pot add milk and bring it to boil,add ground rice and mix well,cook on medium low flame for 6-8 minutes and keep mixing in between..
- Add sugar and cardamom powder, mix well and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes..
- Add almonds & pistachios,mix well and cook for 5-8 minutes more..
- Add khoya and mix until well combined....let it cool...
- Now add mango puree and mix until well combined..
- In a serving dish,add mango cubes, mango rice kheer..
- Garnish with mango cubes, cherry with almond and refrigerate until chilled..
