- Prepare 1 kg of कच्चा आम.
- Prepare 250-300 gm of चीनी.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of लाल मिर्च पाउडर.
- Prepare 1 of tsb गरम मसाला.

- Peel and Grate Raw Mangoes. 👉🏻Apply salt and leave them overnitght,. 👉🏻Next day, you will observe that grated mango's are filled with salty water..
- 👉🏻Heat a Pan and add grated mangoes(don't throw salty water) in it. 👉🏻Add sugar in it and stir for another 15 minutes..
- 👉🏻Now add all the spices and stir.(You can adjust quantity if spices and sugar according to taste and mango's tanginess). 👉🏻Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the flame..
- Let it cool down and transfer in Glass Jar. Store in Refrigerator.. Your sweet and tangy Mango chutney is ready. Eat with food, stuffed paratha, mathri's etc....
