  1. Prepare 1 kg of कच्चा आम.
  2. Prepare 250-300 gm of चीनी.
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp of लाल मिर्च पाउडर.
  4. Prepare 1 of tsb गरम मसाला.
  5. You need of नमक सवादानुसार.

Maa Ki Aam Ki Chutney step by step

  1. Peel and Grate Raw Mangoes. 👉🏻Apply salt and leave them overnitght,. 👉🏻Next day, you will observe that grated mango's are filled with salty water..
  2. 👉🏻Heat a Pan and add grated mangoes(don't throw salty water) in it. 👉🏻Add sugar in it and stir for another 15 minutes..
  3. 👉🏻Now add all the spices and stir.(You can adjust quantity if spices and sugar according to taste and mango's tanginess). 👉🏻Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the flame..
  4. Let it cool down and transfer in Glass Jar. Store in Refrigerator.. Your sweet and tangy Mango chutney is ready. Eat with food, stuffed paratha, mathri's etc....
