Lahsuni Aalu instructions

  1. Take a kadai and add to peel potatoes. some oil and add potatoes and fry it some Chaat masala or garam masala some red chilli powder. Fry untill golden brown.(if you using big size potatoes then cut into 2 parts).
  2. Grind add Soak Dry red chilli And Garlic smooth paste.(add some water).
  3. Now remove the red chilli mixture. And soak cashew (kaju) smooth paste (some water).

  5. Heat up kadai add oil cumin seeds and add onion. Saute for 2 3 minutes..
  6. Now add dryred chilli or Garlic paste add saute for till oil separate..
  7. Add Kaju paste and tomato puree.and add to dry masala redchili powder,haldi, Coriander powder. some water 2 table spoon.cover the lid and flame on medium for 4 to 5 minutes... Oil saprated.
  8. Now add to curd and continue stir (Flame on high) for 2 to 3 minutes).
  9. Now the fry potatoes mix it well.add Kasuri methi or salt.And cook for 3 minutes..
  10. Turn off the flame.
  11. Now transfer the bowl and serve with Roti...
