- It's 1 of lijjat papad.
- It's 1 of boiled potato.
- Prepare 1/2 of chopped onion.
- Prepare 1/2 of chopped tomato.
- You need 1 tsp of green chutney.
- Prepare 1 tsp of imli chutney.
- Prepare of Chat masala.
- It's 1/4 of chopped cucumber.
- Prepare 1 of / 2 katori sev (namkeen).
- It's of Spices(1/4 tsp salt,1 pinch red chili powder,1pinch black pepper.

- Firstly chopped the onions for mixture and also chopped onions for chaat and take green and imli chutney in a bowl and now boil the potatoes and mash it properly.
- Now add the onions,tomato,cucumber,spices amd 1/2 tsp green chutney,1/2 tsp imli chtney and mix it and filling is ready....now fried the lijjat pappad on gas.
- Put the pappad in a plate and apply oil with brush and then sprinkle chat masala and then break the pappad into parts by pressing it from middle and then put aloo batter on it and then add onion,tomato,cucumber,green 1/2 tspchutney,1/2 tsp imli chutney.
- Put the sev oon chat and more chutney and onions if u liked...then sprinkle chat masala......and serve it.....too delicious....make your mood happy.
