Ingredients of Bob's Kabobs (sounds better than Paul's Kabobs)
- You need 2 lbs (2 inch) of thick Beef meat (see above) cut into 2 - 2 1/2 inch chunks.
- It's 2 Tablespoons of good olive oil.
- Prepare 2-3 tablespoons of kosher salt.
- It's 2 Tablespoons of ground Allspice.
- You need 3 Tablespoons of Garlic Powder.
- Prepare 2-3 Tablespoons of Aleppo Pepper (I buy mine from Amazon), otherwise, use a medium hot red pepper, don't make it too spicy!.
- Prepare 1 Table spoon of Turmeric.
- It's 3 Tablespoons of Paprika powder.
I find that making kabobs does encourage adults and children alike to eat more vegetables. Unkabobed Kafta Kabobs: All the great flavor of Kafta Kabobs - no special tools required! - Place the meat in a large bowl and rub it all over with oil.
- Mix all spices then pour over the meat, mix well..
- Let it sit at room temperature for 30- 45 minutes.
- Heat grill to high, then place the meat on the grill (no need for skewers!). Turning every 2 minutes..
- Grill for about 8 minutes for medium rare (6 for rare, 10 and above if you like your fine meat totally dead....).
- Serve immediately..
